Hi,

I'm Nancy, a final-year student. I have an interest in gaming, and I'm thinking of building a gaming PC - but I'm not some computer geek, and finding the right part seems too hard. Can you guys please check the compatibility I shared below and advice me if there are any changes which are needed to be made?

I really appreciate it, and thank you!

You would need to edit the post (or re-create the thread if it gets deleted) without references to other computer parts retailers.

If you add the equivalent part on the OCUK.co.uk store into the basket, at the bottom of the basket page there is a vbulletin link option which allows you to easily post your basket into a thread post here for people to see.

For the money if sticking with AMD a:
5900X $389:95
5950x $549:99
if you really need the extra core for something else than gaming. if just gaming :
5800x3D $438:99
is the way to go. Forget the overpriced 3950x

You can also get the faster 3080Ti for around a $1000 saving a good $500 on the zotac you chose.

3600mhz ram will be fine and save you money. Pointless buying faster ram unles your going to start tweaking the ram. Buy 32 gig with the savings made like:

G.Skill Trident Z RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM PC4-28800 DDR4 3600 CL18-22-22-42 1.35V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C18D-32GTZR $125

WD_BLACK 1TB SN770 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280 $100. Buy 2 instead of the single samsung one.

Hope this helps

I'd consider getting the PowerColor 6800 XT for $669, I believe it is brand new and shipped and sold by the retailer and not a third party.
