Need to buy a space saver spare - suppliers?

Well this is a silly situation I've gotten into. I've replaced all the brakes on my Cefiro with R33 Skyline ones and fitted a set of 16" wheels in order to clear the new brakes. These are 4x114.3 PCD, basically the same as an S13 200SX.

However my spare is a 15" space saver and due to the design of the spare wheel holder I wont be getting a full size spare in there. I can't put the space saver on the rear of the car because I have an LSD and I can't put it on the front as it wont clear my brakes.

So where can I buy new space savers as no cars seem to come with 16" 4x114.3 space savers as standard, or should I just bin the space saver, install my amplifiers in the hole that was freed up and carry a can of tyreweld or something instead?

Ditch the spare wheel and carry a can of tyre weld, i've done this in my past two cars, my current car's spare won't fit over the front brakes so i'd have to do two tyre changes if i got a puncture at the front, so tyre weld, if i got a puncture that ripped the tyre to bits i'd call out a remote tyre fitter or use my RAC membership.

I have done the same as Firestar, gave me so much more boot space at the same time.

Ok, so the space saver has gone away, and the Nissan jack was missing anyway. I've stuck two cans of tyre weld in the jack holder and I guess I'll install my amplifiers (and USB soundcard) into the tyre location so that I can hide them away. I guess a chunk of tyre-sized MDF bolted into the space and then amps bolted in will be fine.
