Need to give BC2 a rest. Is Black Ops any good?

If MW2 had dedicated servers and a L4D style lobby system along with some of the better ideas from Black Ops like being able to hack claymores, etc. it would be a lot better than Black Flops.
The weapon selection in Black Ops is dire, you have basically 1-2 guns for each section and a ton of different skins, aside from the ak47u all the rest of the SMGs are pretty much clones of each other with no character or distinction and most of the weapons in operation seem more akin to something out of airsoft than the more tactile feel that weapons had in MW1/2 and earlier COD games.
