I already cycle 10 miles a day, but my sweet tooth is negating the exercise. I am considering a diet of some sort. I can't decide whether to give Slim Fast a whirl for a few months, or try Promax Diet.
Promax seems to have much better fat loss ingrediants, but at £40 for a 10 day supply it's over priced.
I know Slim Fast is cheap and nasty, but at £7 for a 6 day supply it's far more affordable.
Opinions?
I am also considering joining my local gym because I am concerned my body has got used to the cycling and I am now gaining less benefit from it - is that possible? When I first started cycling to the station I lost a stone in the first month, but was eating pretty much what I eat now.
All advice gratefully received.
