Need to restore Task Manager to it original view.

Hi all

I need some help please.
I've just performed a clean install of Vista x64 but every time I launch Windows Task Manager it only launches on the Processes tab. There are no tabs to change the views to CPU or application usage and so on, and there is also no tool bar at the top.
How do I get the Task Manager back to its original view Its driving me mad trying to get it back to normal??? :confused:

double click the top part.

I could kick myself. It's such a simple fix. I've been hunting through loads of menus trying to restore it.

I reinstalled windows once back in the day because of this
