Neighbours dog barks constantly...

I almost forgot that the neighbours clubbed together and bought an electric shock collar for the noisy dog and I took it round and begged them to use it.
Everything was fine for 3 months and then the dog started barking again.
I asked what had happened to the collar and they said the dog had lost it :eek:
 
should do the job....without too much noise
