I have just downloaded Nero 8, mmmmm, not sure yet, still trying to find myself around the newest version.

So far, the Nero StartSmart (which is the photo) seems to be streamlined and for the novice user could be easier, all the usual programs are there including Nero burning Rom, to my VERY short time using it I would say same programs different StartSmart interface.
Good (MMMMMM) Bad not sure yet, is it worth the upgrade NO (stick with Nero 7) not much has changed except the price!
Ask me in a few weeks time and I will probably say wouldn’t go back to the old version, but the old saying goes “if you never had it you will never miss it”

I agree with the above, seriously BLOATED, but you can uninstall any part of the programme you don’t use, as for RSS feeds (why!)

Just had an e-mail from Nero, as a user of Nero 7 they have offered me a special price of , wait for it £41.99 (I think not)
