Network card drivers?

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me why my network card, PCI Fast Ethernet 10/100 is not installing the drivers?

In device manager, it shows up as no drivers installed:

Then it comes up with this message, the floppy disk is in with the drivers in.

On the floppy disk is a utility called, test. But it comes up with this:

Can anyone help?

The answer would seem to be in the dialogue in the wizard, "...because the wizard cannot find the necessary software" - ie the floppy doesn't have the drivers on it (if you're pointing the wizard at the floppy in the first place)?

It is pointing at the floppy drive.

I cant think why.

Is there a .ini or .inf file (Can't quite remember) somewhere on the floppy? If so, point the installer at this

what network card is it? and what files are on the disk you have inserted?
as iv said in another post, you should really install the drivers before the hardware whenever possible.
