Never Buying TAGAN psu again!

Hi

guys, to cut a long story short, i bought a tagan psu about 2 years ago and couple of weeks ago it broke. every since i have been trying to contact taga for an rma. i have sent over 20 emails to just about every email address i can find in regards to tagan services. But out of these 20 then only replied once, saying

well i tried sending email to tagan AGAIN but it keeps saying

Your e-mail is being returned to you because there was a problem with its
delivery. The address which was undeliverable is listed in the section
labeled: "----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----".

now this is not what i call good customer services. was wondering anyone else have this kind of problem with TAGAN?
 
Have you received a reply yet?

I got my replacement PSU off them today, I sent it on Monday and they received it on Tuesday, and I live in the Isle of Man too.

i filled the on line form in the link that you gave me, but they have not contacted me yet, unfortunately.

frankly i am about to give up, i just feel bad that i bought another tagan a few weeks back to replace the broken one. Terrible service.
 
Mine went pop around 2 years ago.

I can't remember who i went through but i did have a new one pretty shortly after.

Dunno why you are having this nightmare, but i'd have been onto OcUK about it before now lol.

I'd have been getting OcUK to speak to them or the disty that sells their kit. Moving up the foodchain like that is the best way to make progress.
 
I sent mine away to nanopoint on january 11th, heard nothing since, email enquiries are not being answered.
 
just thought i should update the thread.

After numerous emails, i mean about 40, i finally got a response not from tagan but nanopoint. They gave me an rma number and postal address,
sent it off on monday and a replacement arrived today.

must say i am not happy with tagan customer service, but on the flip side nanopoint was VERY FAST in their RMA and very helpfull.

overall i am quite pleased to be honest that they replaced it so quickly.

persistence pays off :)
