I am waiting since release of 30x0 series... and next week I will have new 850W PSU.
Which card should I buy now (1300£ (400£ 1080TI I own now)).
Should I wait another month or go for 3080 or 3080TI if I will manage to grab it off ebay ? I see no chance getting any here soon...

What resolution do you game at and is your monitor high hz refresh rate? What is the rest of your system?

What card should you get? An FE card if you are lucky enough to ensure RRP. WHatever you can find in stock. I'd say 3080, 3080ti, 3090 or 6800XT, 6900XT would be for 4k/UW gaming.

Don't buy off the auction site unless it is from a retailer that will honour warranty.

There's quite a few reports springing up that we're going to see more gpu availability and prices coming down in the next couple months so if you can wait a couple months more I'd do that and then reassess then!

I'd wait unless you have money to burn and don't feel hacked off when the cards to drop in price. All those 2080ti owners must have felt miffed when the rtx 3080 was announced with a msrp of £650 for the FE.

Paying a profit to a scalper for a card without a warranty in my name isn't something I would do or recommend, but each to their own.

3080Ti is the one to get if you do 4k gaming now or in the future. I've seen a few in stock but £1300 may not be enough.
Avoid Ebay second hand cards and buy new with a guarantee.
