I thought these guys only did tyres, clearly not.

Browsing the batterymegastore.co.uk website, I initially went to the Varta F1 silver at £150, however the Hankook at £117 is 2KG lighter, 5 year warranty vs 4 for the varta and same stats in terms of ah and cca.

Has anyone else had a Hankook?

No, but you could try it.

Personally I try and stick with Yuasa apart from my Volvo which has one of those stop start batteries and after some research the Volvo official battery ended up the best option (honestly I did my homework)... But as you say same stats, longer warranty, it's not some completely unknown generic chinese brand, I can't imagine it would be the worst thing to take a punt on.

Most of these batteries just come off the same production line with slightly different cosmetics anyhow - and slightly different quality grading.

Personally I've had good results so far with Varta.
