I really like the new style and i thought, finaly they have updated the sports section. Then you click football and its back to the old style

Whats the point in upgrading one page at a time.

I'm already used to it and prefer it, although the Berkshire news section is still in the old format, maybe catching up.

I have 24 as my home page, I love it, it's a fresh new look, also I like the fact that it's centralised now, but then I always have been 'ocd' when it comes to Symmetry.

I think this too, the spot of black and red at the top of the news.. then the nice colours disappear.

Hmm. Annoyingly slightly too wide I think - used to having BBC News alongside another webpage on 1920x1200 widescreen.

Still, will probably get used to it and imagine there will be a few more tweaks on their way over time

Prefered the old one aswell, not overly bothered about the new one though. Its not harsh on the eyes or anything.

As I posted in the other thread, why is there so much white space, why can't old stories just be formatted with the new template?

I don't know if it'll be different this time, but they never update the old. Search for a story... you'll find at least 4 or 5 templates

At least it's still easy to navigate, however it does look like we've gone back in time to 1998.

Anyone else think the design looks very dated?
