There brand new and don't do this when i plug them into my phone so its def a PC issue, reinstalled drivers tried using both front and rear 3.5 inputs but rear doesn't detect it as headphones but front does?

I have a Aorus AX370 Gaming K7 motherboard.

like like a scraching crackly sound every time sound is put through the headphones and is anything louder than quite.

It also seems to be just in the left ear?

Also tried trouble shooting through windows 10, updating drivers etc.

Anything else i could try guys? I know this is just solely on my PC

Also worked fine with old turtle beaches which were made for XB1 and i used through a splitter :S

Avoid front case inputs. Normally have shoddy connections inside and are prone to EMI.

What are your thoughts on them now?

Not worth the money.

Don't know weather i need to set them up properly but I don't really see much of a difference.

Not much i can configure as there's no drivers for the headset or anything or any online guides to what i should do once plugging them in. Bit crap really.

They are just a 3.5mm headset, there will not be any drivers. Maybe the onboard audio on the motherboard is just poor? Has the onboard audio got any settings at all?
