I found my ZX7R very uncomfortable, I bought an Aprilia Tuono to replace it then sold the Ninja.

Best thing I ever did!

Gratz 4t5 on quickly realising were to old for sportsbikes !! (i traded my k6 gsxr1000 for my tuono)

How you getting on with the Tuono Maz? Do you agree it really is the do everything bike ? (other than off road hehe )

I love my Tuono, it's got a LOT of grunt and handles really well.

Bike is light enough to throw about and feel like you're in total control, puts a smile on my face every time I'm out on it even if it does turn me into a wheelieing hooligan (Power wheelie in first, sometimes second gear).

I had an Aprillia Pegaso (which is basically the same bike just better looking) and I loved it for the 8 months or so I had it.
I had a KLR650 Tengai as well for a short time, enjoyed riding that as well, used to sound like a canal boat.

I had one exactly the same as that as a commuter hack. It was a superb bike. Never went wrong, got a bazillion mpg, was dead easy to chuck about too.
In most situations I was faster on the F650 than I was on my RSV1000R Factory that I had at the time due to it being so much easier to ride.

The best thing about the F650 is that if you lob them up the road, they just bounce. I bailed off mine a couple of times and I just picked it up and carried on.

Nice to hear Rilot & pretty much what everybody else says about the bike. After my mates took the **** they wanted to know how come I'd got all sensible all of a sudden as I never have before. :o + :p
Loving the bike though, Getting it up my jitty into my back garden & turning it around is **** easy compared to the Ninja, When riding it I feel really safe & within my own capabilities & I'm not scared of getting caught out in the rain or of moving about at low speed.
I'm confident I made the right decision. :)

I bet the bike will last you 6months and then you will be hunting an F800XC :D

Good to hear your able to jump on and off with no issues.
