New build, 4gb PC2-6400 or 2gb PC2-8500?

Im looking at making a new gaming rig soon and Im pretty much set on getting an E6750, but Im not sure wether to get 4gb of PC2-6400 or 2gb PC2-8500. I will be overclocking the thing a fair bit, aiming for about 3ghz or so, and as I said it will be mainly used for games. Can anyone shed some light on which option would give better performance in new games?

4gb of PC6400 beats 2gb of anything.

Tho you will only have access to ~3.25gb if you're running a 32bit OS.
