New build doesn't post with 2 sticks

Hey guys quick question I think I know the rams broken just wanted to check.

I just put the pc together and it didn't boot so I tried taking one stick out, it still didn't boot so I swapped the one stick for the other one and it booted.

So just tried it again and it's working,

So now I'm not sure maybe I didn't push it in enough?

Edit: looks like its working now thankfully. Xmp loaded to 2800 no issue.
