New Build Gainward GTX 680 Problems :( HELP!

8??! Nice...

In your bios under memory setting or whatever, set the Command Rate (CR) to 2T rather than 1T you have it set to in that screenshot. A bit slower but stable by all accounts.

Update:

Since changing the ram timing to 9-9-9-24 and putting all the sticks in, it looks to be stable and also went through benchmarks fine!!

I do have another question regarding the ram though... Why does it only say 16GB usuable? Does win7 only support 16gb?

Cheers guys!

I believe windows 7 versions will read ram differently. Maybe 32bit will only read 16gig or the basic edition will, without looking it up I can't remember which does which off the top of my head.

Glad it is stable anyway and fingers crossed it remains this way :)

If it's Windows Home Premium x64 then yes. You need Win7x64 Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate to support more.

its x64 Home Premium. Guess that answers my question, i'll buy an upgrade later :)

Thanks for your help throughout guys, hopefully this may solve a few issues in due course for others!
