been away from PC gaming for a while, looking to return, here's what i currently have in my basket.

Need some help filling in the gaps really, GPU is probably going be a 1080ti unless its worth waiting for Vega?
i'll need a block for that, not sure which 1080ti to get and which block is best.
In regards to the rest of the waterloop, i'd like to try hard tubing, i've water cooled in the past with flexi, but unsure what size tubing, rads, res, pumps and fittings to get and tools i may need.
I'm trying to go for a White and orange theme, but open to different suggestions.
Monitor is a something else i need but without breaking the bank, last i had was a free sync Acer Pred 144hz 1440p which i liked.
Need storage but prefer SSDs, never have a lot installed tbh so don't need silly amounts of space.
Got Keyboard and mouse, i'll need Windows 10 unless i'm able to use my old copy thats currently installed on a 120gb ssd from my old x99 build?.
Any to keep the costs down is extremely welcome lol.
