New build with or without graphic card!

Hi.
Been a very long time since any upgrades to the pc and now putting together new system.
I have gotten into this nonsense of having a YouTube channel showing dashcam footage and with the ever better quality of video like 1440p my pc or monitor shows stuttering on playback even on 1080@60fps, so i have so far:
Gigabyte GA AX370 gaming 5 mobo
Amd Ryzen 5 2400g CPU
Corsair vengeance 16g ram
ssd X 2

With the included Vega graphics inc' on the CPU will I need a graphic card also for when I edit and use/watch programs too. I only use movie maker for editing and don't use the pc for gaming so nothing serious is happening and hopefully you'll tell me this is overkill on the build. I will also be getting a new monitor next month which will be 1440p ready too.

Watch it on microsoft edge, that has full hardware decoding
Each browser have their own ways of decoding videos..
And install klite mega codec pack..
Them combined i was able to watch 4k60 at under 20% cpu load on a phenom 2 955 4ghz...

Now i have a 5820k .. doing the same it uses a looooot of cpu

Umm for editing? U need loads of ram and more cpu than gpu . Depending if u want speed or quality
