Hey guys, can I get some advice please?

Pretty much just finished my new build with watercooling, apart from a few odds and sods.

I've got an aqua computer ulta pump and i think i have an alarm light which is highlighting flow control issues. Everything look ok though and the settings in the pump have a low level limit set at 17.6 litres/h which i think may be triggering the alarm. Can I lower this limit or is there a reason for this problem? I have no kinks and flow looks reasonable.

Also my water temp is 26 degrees c, without any radiator fans from exhausting the heat from the 240mm radiator, the only fan that is active is the 200mm fan at the top of the case above the rad, can anyone confirm that this temp is about right?

any help will be much appreciated,

running up to around 4.4ghz in turbo mode but i am doing nothing intensive so assume its around 3.5ghz using standard asus overclock.
no gpu block
240mm black ice gtx rad (2x 120mm fans attached but not running at current idle temps)
cuplex hd cpu block
aqua computer aquastream ultra pump + small attached reservoir (cant remember name)
using 8/10 tubing.
