New camera recommendation

hi , lost my Nikon D3200 in Spain (left it on a rock at Siurana), so was just going to get a Nikon D3500 .
I presume i can use my Nikkor AF-S lenses perfectly fine with the 3500 even though it uses AF-P.

Should have updated the thread that i had already found the answer .
What i was confusing myself with was i thought the D3500 had the focus motor built into the body , but it doesnt.

Only the D7xxx and higher D700/800 etc have built in AF motors.

How are you getting along with the Panasonic?

I am remaining a dinosaur with my Nikon DSLR's I have 3 and about 20 lenses, some good some shockers, I keep my D300 for faster frame rates, the D7100 as it has slightly better video capabilities than my full frame D800.
