NEW CASE ON THE BLOCK £380+£35 P&P....PICTURE HEAVY

a flagship graphics card costs £500
multiply this by at least 2 [maybe 3]

a cpu for the inevitable SR2 that would go in this case is £800+

£400 is a perfectly reasonable asking price for an item like this, i cant imagine LD makes much margin in these.
a labour of love is worth more in my opinion.

i just specced up a pinnacle on MM that roughly comes close to this is around $500 without any powdercoat/finishing.

says it all really...

That's why you add sound proofing, it stops all the little rattles and looks nice. not every want's a steel case where a forklift truck is needed to move it. :D
 
I was actually in communication with LittleDevil about one of these, and hey presto, they're on OcUK forums...

In the end I couldn't personally quite justify 399EUR plus 38EUR shipping, so bought an FT02-W from OcUK. (All running now, GTX480 SLI and i7 920, all watercooled and idling at 28/28/31 respectively).

I was going to put a water chiller in the humongous lower compartment, though I scrapped the idea after I didn't reckon the condenser would fit, and I felt it was overkill using it for watercooling my comparatively mediocre hardware (in comparison with that EVGA build earlier)...

Anyway, those who think it's overpriced aren't going to 'get it' - which isn't a criticism necessarily.
 
those new antec case's are the worst case i have ever seen.

how on earth could someone like them sitting next to them,i would be afraid it would turn into a autobot and rape me.

same but im sitting here with a nzxt phantom thinking the next star wars is goin on
 
Why even have the hard drives there ? get rid and just have a nice open space for a 200mm front intake with no hdd cages blocking it

I like it but could come up with a better design myself although obviously couldn't build it.

Many things about this I would tweak oh and basically he has just copied the antec p180 as silverstone did with their tj07

To be fair though he was designing it for one specific purpose - to be able to fit a phase change cooler in the bottom and a 480 radiator in the top for GPUs. With that, there's nowhere else to put the HDDs...

Also, this case is more about function than the form...
