Hey guys, i have recently bought a computer with these specs:

Microsoft Windows 8 64-Bit
AMD FX (Piledriver) 6300 3.50GHz 14MB Cache (4.10GHz Turbo Frequency) Six-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2048MB GDDR5 DirectX 11 Graphics
8GB 1600MHz DDR3 (2x4096MB) Dual-Channel Memory (32GB Supported)
64GB SanDisk G25 SATA 6GB/s (SATA-III) Solid State Drive (7,200 IOPS) - OS & Applications
500GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6GB/s (SATA-III) Hard Drive - Storage
GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AMD 760G Express Chipset Motherboard - Support for RAID 0, RAID 1 & RAID 10

The wireless adapter i have is: TP-Link 300Mbps Advanced Wireless N PCI Adapter [TL-WN951N]

This was all pre built for me.

My ISP is virgin and i have a superhub, we have fibre optic cables where i live.

My computer reads at 500kbps download 10ms ping, my laptop which is 5 years old reads 4mbps, so im thinking it must be my computer?
Also my connection is so unreliable, i cant play games or anything as i have lag spikes.

Please could you advise me what i can do? Thank you in advance
