Could you keep us informed please but I can't get hold of corsair and they aren't replyin 2 my messages!!

corsair dont reply tried loads of emails shocking customer service from them.

I believe customers who have already purchased the case from us have received an email from Corsair now.

Corsair promised that these would have the fixed controllers. Yet this seems not the case. I'm calling Corsair now!

But you already stated previously you knew these not to be the fixed ones.

And now the cases are cheaper and we've been shipped unfixed ones and continually lied to without a discount either?

Poor show indeed.

In fact it is within 7 days so under the DSA so I believe I am able to infact get the discount no? It would at least be a sign of good faith after all the trouble we have had over these cases.

Corsair promised the fixing kit would be with the cases....which is what I posted, I never claimed they were the new revision without the issues.

i believe ace is correct in what hes saying here...i think he was lied to as much as we were.. or it was a honest mistake by them..

i also have that sound on.. medium /low fan settings... :*
