Other than physically bigger ear cups in "soft leatherette" and the obvious physical features I will need to try a pair as it only came into stock. I will do an update after I have tried some and post my review in comparison :)

Creative Draco Review:

Packaging & Contents

First impressions looking at the packing of the headset, I can understand the name "Draco" in the sense there is a big Dragon on the box art, which flips to reveal the headset with its detachable microphone including microphone on/off and volume unit. Neatly packed and attractive to say the least. Opening the box inside, a leather carry case fell out for the headset, pretty hand to keep the headset snug and safe. Find the contents in the following picture

Fixing the microphone the the headunit, very simple with no complications. The microphone unit is built well, and the flexibility of the microphone is very handy!

Comfort

Trying the headset on, they feel quite tight to stretch onto the head, but once applied its very comfortable. They are a very light headset - not too much weight which means there is no pressure on the head, making the gaming or music experience more enjoyable. Not the mention the leather earcups for extra comfort. The ear cups have the ability to twist, which is a great feature for placing the headset flat. The headband has a soft leather padding in the middle for that extra bit of comfort.

Over all - very comfortable.

Sound Quality

Firstly I played some music through my iphone, carefully listening for breaks or glitches in the quality of sound. Increasing the volume, the headset was able to keep a good clean quality. Bass's were low and the higher frequencies could be hit without problems. I was able to listen at max volume with no cracklyness but at complete maximum volume full indepth quality did start to deteriorate slightly - but honestly no-one would be listening to it as loud as it was.

I booted up Quake 3 to give the game little test with the sound. 3D positioning didn't fail and it was very clear clarity in game. It felt as if you were in the game, not muffled and far away - increasing the game experience for sure.

Microphone Quality
As creative headsets normally are, their voice communication hardware is always top notch. With fantastic clarity the microphone "does as it says on the in" The flexibility is also the bonus!

Overall a fantastic headset, especially for the price point of £33.00 inc. VAT

Comfort 9/10
Sound 8/10
Features 9/10

Overall 8.5/10

I am after headset, will be used for gaming/rarely movie watching (if has mic- skype voice calls too).

Using now sony MDR-XD200...want to upgrade, which you'd recommend- don't want to spend more than £50 (I prefer with leather padding)

These could be your winners then :) Leather padding, sound quality is very good and for only £33.00
