New desk - what to get?

I'm after a new desk as I broke my old one. I'd like a corner one but not really fussed. Needs to be large for 24" widescreen monitor, mouse, G15 and Joystick along with my three front speakers. Sub would go under it as would my case. Airflow round the case gap also needs to be good, ie in front and behind it.

Don't want a pull out keyboard style one as when I game I turn into a 10 year old and have a tendency to hit the desk when I loose (see above for result).

Not sure on budget TBH, probably £100 max.

If he is talking about the desk I think he is talking about its the Morgan Beech Finish Corner Desk. Item number 6210052.. would have given you a link but not sure if its allowed.. hopefully the name and item number is though!

When you find the desk you will find related items on the same page.. ;)

Cheers

Cheers, the item number listed above only shows as 50 quid on the site? Is that right?
Yes thats right, but that is just the corner desk, as taken from the site..
Do not purchase as a stand-alone item - 2 end pedestals are required from the Morgan range to support this desk.
So depending on what end pedestals you go for the minimum that desk would cost is around £140 or so..

i got a nice sturdy desk from B&Q at the weekend plain and simple but lots of space for a 20in crt and antec p180 case and easy to get your legs under.

"Small study desk" is what its called but it aint small, £26 reduced from £40

i have the older model to this

looks a little diffrent same thing though and absoloutly massive nice and and deep and long loads of roomm for everything you have and looks smart as hell aswell

I'll be buying this desk on friday, the only thing im worried about is the shelf above the case shelf, do you think it can be built without that small shelf as there wont be enough room to house the antec 900 that i'll also be buying

I was looking at that too! Might put my case on the desk rather than in that cradle.

Thanks for the suggestions lads.

I don't think I'd work well with a glass desk, my wooden one gets messy enough, and I'd hate to be cleaning my PC desk as often as I clean my glass coffee table! Thanks for the link on that black one, looks good but the colour isn't my style. Think I'll save and get the Argos one or buy some wood and make my own.
