New FF13 and vs13 movies

Hmm, the last few shots in the FFXIII video look like they could possibly be in game. I too prefer the Verses video, the art is far more gritty, a bit like FFVII i guess, the music was also better.

Once again, Square-Enix splices some new CG footage along with the same ones we've seen for the past 3 years. Oh well, as long as I get to see more of the pigtailed redhead in FFXIII, I can't complain, shes so adorable :D.

Still, I wonder if we will see any proper gameplay footage, that lasts at least more than 2 seconds in the next 12376823468237542734872869 trailers of the same thing. Most of the new CG shots have been peeked at already by gaming magazines.

epic, the music from the FF games/series is simply immense, certanly will make up for all these sub standard J-RPG that we have have to endure lately although some have been fun and some have tried yet none have come close to the FF series yet in what it achieves and does story wise...

FFvs13 is looking awesome also - a must buy also for the PS3

You may as well have just punched my mother in the face.:p

lol!

I think it's the lack of freedom I've always hated. Well, the latest breed anyway. Looking at the video my brain is saying "won't be able to that in the game, or that, or that, or that, or that, definitely not that, would be good if I could do that...but I won't be able to"

Chrono Trigger was awesome though, played that twice! =O FFV wasn't half bad either.

Never really played any of the FF series (except for III on the DS and IV soon) what's versus all about?

both vid's look fantastic btw!

Bah if they spent less time on the (granted fantastic looking) CGI cutscenes and more time on the game, we might actually see it at some point in the next 5 years

I used to love Final Fantasies, but I just lost the bug really. Too repetitive these days.

Prefer the first trailer over the second. Second one looks set in a modern world which is boo! Oh and its PS3 only! :(

Noo! Final Fantasy VII was set in a modern world in a lot of the game which made it brilliant, the contrast between Midgar and say someplace like Temple of the Ancients was great.
