I like it, I like most hot hatches though. Would look a million times better in a respectable colour I cant stand any form of gold or yellow on a car. That front end in black or dark blue will look really good

Autocar are saying no 3 door model (ever), but there will be an estate here, and a saloon model in Europe.

I can see why they wouldn't bother with a three door. Three door cars are annoying, and increase production cost.

There is more chance of someone not buying one because it doesn't have enough doors than someone not buying one because it has too many.

Yeah, but still I see a hell of a lot more 3 door ST's than I do 5 doors. We had 7 ST's on Sunday, only mine and another guys was 5 door. I think in the small hatch, and hot hatch market, 3 doors sell more cars than 5 doors.

Yeah, and its made five doors ridiculously expensive, but difficult to sell. I don't think a lack of three door will put many people off buying one.

I'd like to think I'll be in a position to get one when they are released, or soon after, but then I prefer five door anyway

The front is horrible, reminds me of peugots current range of massively mouthed cars like the 308 etc. The rest seems alright though.

you see way more 3dr STs than 5drs... They've got to do a 3dr or (IMO of course) its not a hot hatch, its a souped up family car.

And I'm nowhere near convinced on the looks (and I'm on my second ST now!) and the back looks like a VXR.

Also prefere the old Lights, and the old oval air ducts inside. Those new lights look like a Kia ceed.
