I have returned my X850XT PE on RMA becuase of faulty memory, but they no longer have the AGP version so i am getting a refund. I want to upgrade my motherboard to a pcie one and buy a new gc with the money. Overall i will have around £350 to spend, so what graphics card would you recommend on this budget. I am looking at the Powercolor X1800XT currently, the X1900's seem too expensive for my budget so what are your thoughts on the X1800XT?

Proabably be best if you asked in motherboard forum but the main thing is are you that bothered about crossfire, if not pretty much any decent board with pci-e will do. I would personally go for a DFI-Lanparty if your going to o'c but that nvidia SLi based so no corssfire in the future :(

Has to be ...
PowerColor ATI Radeon X1800 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-048-PC) £258.44 Including VAT

As for mobo if you want to go crossfire then maybe ...

MSI RD480 Neo2 Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-066-MS) £76.32

otherwise if crossfire is not a concern get any good mobo ... example ..
DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-014-DF) £93.94 Including VAT

Thanks for all the quick replies there, i'm not really interested in crossfire as i only run on 1280x1024 so it looks like the DFI lanparty and a X1800XT for me. Also going to order some UV cathodes to compliment the board
