Always the way, I post, stock status changes. That said the Z77N is still showing as a pre order for me although the H77 is now showing stock, haven't checked the UP7 but willing to take Krait's word on it.

I am no longer want UP7 because it no big deal over my current UD5H board. It will be a waste of money if I switch to this board.
