New guitar

I'm after a reasonably priced Electro/acoustic guitar, my old man's got an Ovation Applause which I quite enjoyed playing and I've found this:

Which is a step up from the applause, is it worth buying?

Not that bad considering what you are paying for it. But probally not the best you could go for. Do you like the Ovation shape? If you don't mind I'd check out some yamaha's they have some really nice, reasonably priced guitars.

Doesn't look very promising, I really like the bowl back and it's probably the only shape I'd consider. Trouble is, the only other non Ovation acoustic I've found with one is an Aria AMB 35, it's 20 quid cheaper but I'm worried I'll end up getting what I paid for.

Edit: Found a review for the AMB35 and it's not as bad as I thought
