New ISP

Hey

I am currently with Pipex but I am getting very sick of them. My 12 month contract is up in a week and I am looking to move to a new ISP and was wondering if anyone could give me any recommendations.

Mainly them throttling bit torrent traffic. I would not mind if the put a download limit but throttling the traffic behind peoples backs is just annoying

The majority of ISPs do it nowadays. Although it is to varying degrees. You get what you pay for, really. If you want good clean unshaped access with a fixed cap, places like Zen and IDNet would be a good bet.
