How much money do you get paid?
Is it causing any issues with your life outside work?
Personally it sounds like they use peer pressure to get you to do extra work for free and it seems to be working. I would look around for another job. Then if you get one, tell you boss that unless things change then you are leaving.
Doesn't sound like a nice place to work.
