Slightly OT: How long does the back to school promotion usually last? :)

Up to end of November IIRC.

Hmm, if this "new macbook pro" is to be true, then I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel for a decent iMac :D

thanks to justin i held off buying my macbook yesterday haha, i'm not so fussed about the new features too much, but it all depends on pricing :p and if the standard MB's go down in price at all.

Highly doubt the MB will drop in price - it's only been recently given a speed bump up for the same pricing.

The focus and rumours seem to be on the MBP - but I'm still think there's a chance the iMac will be bump up, or at least a new model revealed come WWDC :)

That's my opinion anyway.

yeah, i'm mainly concerned with the price of the new MBP's as i'm not sure whether i can justify buying one over the top standard MB at the moment with an extra GB of ram.

and what freebies i can get obviously, already get HE discount :D

Free iPod Nano for HE purchases, or a £199 voucher to use on another iPod if you so wish + normal HE discount ;)
