New Media center case

Hi all I've been thinking of getting a smaller case for my media center case and i've been looking at the hiper Barebone HTPC HMC-2K53A and the new silverstone ML02.

Has anyone had a chnace to take a look at or own one of these and can give me some opinions on them?

Which is more important, form or function? the ml03 looks great but there's few fans you can use. Meaning loud 60mm fans..

A larger, boxier case like the sg01 w/nt06 doesnt look as good, but you can probably get away with a single 120mm fan in the whole thing

Thanks but I'm looking for something small I've got a Silverstone case right now but it's a big big so look to get a smaller one.

well if noise and budget arent so important, you cant beat a hoojum cubit 3 with a commell mitx board for size and looks

After all you're already shelling out for an expensive case and MoDT motherboard/cpu?

Well after seeing the sg03 I've fell in love with that, not going to use it for a HTPC but to replace my gaming rig, going to stick to what i have case wise just now for my htpc and upgrade the inards instead.
