Maybe being way too anal here but the latest Michelin ad has the French blob only putting on 2 new nearside tyres per car in order to improve it's wet handling and for some reason this annoys me every time I see the the ad.

I know what some of the responses will be so I'm going have a lie down :)

If it's the same advert I am thinking of what annoys me more is that it becomes sunny and dry after they put the tyres on. All I think is, what's the point?

That and the car is being driven far too fast for the conditions, especially considering he has his son on board!

The thing that annoys me about the advert is that it suggests fitting anything other than Michelin Eco Tyres to your car makes it completely undriveable and incredibly dangerous in the wet.

Don't have the sound on during ad breaks. :p

Is it this one?

All this fuss over a cartoon car. Can you imagine the fuss if it was real. :D

Stupid advert is stupid. Either his current tyres were made of the worst compound known to man, or he was driving like a complete tool to "slide and slip and have no grip" in a town center.
