New Monitor Advise REQ

Good evening OCers

I am seeking recommendations for a 4K monitor to justify my spring purchase of an OCers i7CPU 4070ti GPU gaming PC.

My knowledge of the technical details and terminology is close to zero, so please can I get some suggestions for the following ...

• I play FPS games like Squad, Arma and DayZ
• I game on a large desk, so can accommodate up to 36"
• I have no preference between OLED or the other type. Which looks better?
• I play with headset, so speakerless is fine.
• I want the best obviously, but if 144Hz is barely less noticeable than 360Hz, but is half the price, I would choose 144Hz. So I suppose I am asking for Bang for Buck regards to Hz.
• I have a budget of £500 but can stretch to £800 if there's a 'no brainer' option.
