I have to buy a new motherboard as I'm upgrading from a Dell 5000, and I can't use thier motherboards in my new case, so I'm looking for something with a bit of performance but on a budget.

I have a 7600GT and a Pentium 4 HT (LGA775) at the moment, but planning to get a decent graphics card and processor eventually. Probably dual core LGA 775 with 8800GTS. It must also have room for the Zalman 12cm copper CPU cooler.

I was looking at these two:

These are about my budget range. Can anyone advise on which one of these to go for, or any others which may suffice? I'm used to building business PCs, not real PCs like I'm trying to do here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Well the EVGA nForce 650i Ultra is easily the better choice from those two. It also has Penryn support.
