if anyone in scotland has been wondering why its raining now, its because I swapped my a4 for this-




I had a 2.5 previously, this may not be as sharp but at least I can fit in it properly.
 
Nice colour. :)

I'm still not convinced on the looks but they are growing on me everytime, but having driven the 2L one it still has all the feel of an mx5 - though it's a *little* big and a little TOO refined for my personal enjoyment.

No denying it's a great car though - enjoy it! :D

I love mine, they're addictive cars with SO much character. They are just really very very fun to drive, even at legal speeds.

I'm being a traitor and am on 2 wheels at the moment (it's hard to choose when the weather's like this! :o).

Yea its a good unit, not sure how it will take to extra power though, must buy stroker kit for the 1.8 to make 2.0 :D
 
hehe, I think for now i'll just drive the damned thing, while I've got a warranty.
incidently, a few folk have said nice colour. its apparantly being discontinued, according to folks on the mx5 forums.

That can only be a good thing, i love my colour, yet to see another MK2 in Black really stands out :)

Got waved at by a couple in a red MK1 with the lid down (Just like i had) at 8 this morning, made me smile :)
 
yay, annother convert :)

took the 2l out for a test drive a while ago and the dealer was a little peturbed when i said i prefered mine :D really didn't like the feeling of the wheel, couldn't wrap my finger round it proberly due to the larger horizontal bar thing. And it did just feel a little deader, still a very very nice car, but wouldn't give up the conran for on :D

and there are already turbo / sc kits in development in the US afaik, there may even be a few on the market :D
