New Nvidia GeForce 304.48 Drivers. 6xx stutter fixed

No different to you saying it's not fixed. Same thing, different end of the scale. No way to tell if the people that are saying it's not fixed are even having the actual reported stutter issue.

p.s. love the way you've quoted a whole thread almost and posted it in one huge post for what purpose? All gregster said was that you make him smile and you go to extraordinary efforts to prove you're neutral :p

Hardly extraordinary efforts to quell the forum paranoia, if you slight an Nvidia driver problem, your obviously in bed with the red team.:(

Bottom line, many saying it's fixed, it's fixed some users problems, but not all.

Didn't have any issues b4 this new driver and so far still don't.
I just can't believe the jump in preformance across the board on my games including Crysis 2 so very happy with it.:D

These drivers are working really well for me!

Sins of a solar empire rebellion..... left 4 dead 2 super smooth with adapative vsync on and all details wacked up.

there was a 3 month gap in a set that came out late last year. Don't worry about them being beta. I used to think the same way, it's just a certificate from Microshaft. Nvidia wouldn't release anything at all without fully testing it and knowing it wouldn't do any borking on a global scale.

Well skyrim is better but the stutter is not completely absent, so I'm thinking my problem is something different, especially seeing as it's there even with Vsync off (adaptive or otherwise)

Not sure if it was this driver but I tried to play BF3 after installing this driver. Tried being the operative word. 2-3 fps! Rebooted, same thing. Rolled back the drivers, rebooted again and back to normal. Will give these a miss I think!

I don't think it is as I'm getting the same too, the stutter problem isn't related specifically to V-sync, it happens with or without it, albeit less frequent with the beta drivers

I created a thread on the Nvidia forums. The reply I got from an admin was mid to late July for WHQL.

Not sure if I should try these drivers or not.

Skyrim/BF3 run great.

I tried Metro 2033 and get stutter in certain areas.
