Mhmm, if I do that though I reckon I'll end up leaving it at stock for a while before buying a cooler.
HD5850 was my plan - shame I couldn't grab one on pre-order

Foxconn A7DA-S ~ £55
4GB Geil 1600MHz CL9 ~ £34 (already purchased)
MSI HD5850 Twin FrozR ~ £144.98
Total = ~£345.

Especially as this is £60 over what I originally wanted to spend!

Worse than a HD5850 and can't be SLId in my mobo
makes upgrades down the line more expensive Worth keeping in mind though! MM is always an option I suppose

id take a phenom over an athlon any day, had both myself, got shot of the athlon after a week due to it being worse than an intel e8200 dual core even overclocked at 3.75ghz. for the small outlay over an athlon its a big jump in gaming performance
