New phone...

Hey guys,

Well i grabbed a n70 for my upgrade on my orange account last november and to be honest if with you i cant stand the phone, i think its dire. So over thepast 6 months ive been using my brothers Motorola Razor which again i'm not to impressed with, although i do think its better then the N70.

So i'm looking for a new phone for my next upgrade (a while a way i admit, but if i can find one cheapish on the great auction site, i will have it!) What can you recommend?

Music players dont really intrest me as i have an ipod for that. The phone has to be relatively fast and stylish as well. I like the look of the Sony Ericson W880i but again i dont really want a phone with the main focus on the music player.

I love the nokia design with regards to the things are set out. Also with texting its all generic always the same and i like that.

Any suggestions guys?

edit: i do have a budget but will consider most phones - for example i cant afford an n95 lol

I use a D900 and I love it, fast, slim, stylish, reliable.
Bloody good phone.

What is it you don't like about the N70? (just finished 18 months with one and love it).

The N70 (and N73, N95 etc) run the Symbian Series 60 operating system which makes them a bit more like a smartphone. If you prefer the more traditional Nokias you might want to check out a phone that runs Series 40 - something like a 6233 or similar.

Nokia 6300

Just got it and it's mint. Even came unlocked which is even better!

I have tried to kill it every way and its not passed it yet

Love the usb feature on the base, have sent 2gb of data too it and off it recurclating every time it does a full trasfer trying to kill it but not an issue at all

Oh and the fast lock keypad key (i set my right go to key for it) is sweet and get use to it rapidly
