It gives you so much more confidence it's unreal. Not to mention the average brit is slightly overweight or pudgy, so you having decent facial features and height, have an immediate advantage. Add to that a decent amount on your frame you'd be in the upper percentile.
I hear you on the motivation though, as said, I've got your height and bodyshape. It's hard as hell to find the motivation, especially as our body shapes see's such slow progress.
Stick with it, even just an hour a week. Think of what you could look like now if you had done an hour every couple of days for the past couple years!
