They can but when soething as obvious as a fungal/bacterial inection on a young puppie doesn't get noticed by the owner and then wait for their friend to ask on a computer forum for advice it kinda shocks me.

They can but when soething as obvious as a fungal/bacterial inection on a young puppie doesn't get noticed by the owner and then wait for their friend to ask on a computer forum for advice it kinda shocks me.

Ok ok, let's calm it down... all opinions and angles greatly appreciated 
KaHn, the puppies have been with my friend for about 2 and a half days now.
And although I wasn't there at the time when purchased, apparently the owners mentioned some story about 'milk' that bamboozled my friend and that I wasn't entirely convinced about, soooo.... I thought I'd ask around a bit first before freaking out. No harm done I think.
Tomorrow is Monday and we can start to make in-roads into the 'vet' option.
Although the advice that's "it's probably" eczema and not some horrible cancerous face eating growth has calmed me down somewhat, and from a forum of people, that's really all I was looking for.. not a 100% accurate diagnostic tool

Indeed, the fact that puppies were bought without any kind of research into what vet services were locally available is scary.
