Interesting case desings, I seem to like the look of the mini one! :D

I love to see how some are not scared of whacky case designs. They look rather interesting. Funky how there's so many ways to fit things in a square/rectangular shape.

I also love the last one. It's like the early 90's with the small Hi-Fi's that stacked up in 2 - 3 units. Or side by side.

These look pretty neat. I'm liking the current direction case manufacturers are going in, for example Silverstone tilting boards 90 degrees, now this idea of putting them in completely separate boxes... can only hope for good reviews to find out if they have any niggles. Presentation is excellent however, a high quality finish on top of just the right amount of subtle styling :)

Very impressive prices for aluminium cases, especially when looking at the fabrication of these, a lot of detail work!

XL-Tank looks good to mine eyes.

Slightly off topic...

Is there any way of combining the various forum news threads so that answers to all the threads appear in each other? (That makes more sense in my head, but I think you'll get what I mean). It's just that it'd prevent the same questions being posted twice and such.

And on topic (both mine and to the thread's)...

Is there an ETA?

Quite like the look of this one.

Cubitek HPTX-Tank Aluminium Big-Tower Case - Black

Does look like the Lian Li A70, great hdd capacity, more than the A70F i use myself, and better cable management features.

Pretty slick. Just as I imagined.

Terribly tempting. How does the CD cube connect... tempted to get one at some stage and have the CD unit on the desk.

My only concern with them would be the cabling connecting the different cubes as I can never get cabling to look nice :)

Liking the idea of the separates, again how they all cable together would be an issue. Also would it be possible to add a 2nd or 3rd HDD cube to expand storage?

I don't see why not, but I guess it depends on how they connect up. I suspect it might use some kind of propreitary connector between the main case and the boxes. I hope so anyway...
