New to selling on ebay

Ok, I'm new to selling stuff on ebay and in the last few days I have had someone succesfully bid for my item. I stated that payment was either personal cheque or postal orders, anyway today I recieved an email from paypal.. I think, saying my auction winner has paid with an "Auction Instant Purchase Payment".
I have a paypal account for buying stuff but have not registered it for selling with a bank accountThe email also states that his home address is unverifed as well as his email address. Basically is he Kosher or not. I did send him an email reminding him of the payment terms as stated in my auction ie cheque/postal irders.

Unverified address is only usually when they haven't clicked on it to confirm it's real, if they want to pay with paypal but you've clearly stated you don't accept it then it's their fault.

Then you have done all you can.

There is no way to know whether he is "kosher" or not other than if he is verified on eBay or using your best judgement with his feedback.

Wait for his reply and take it from there.
