Although I'd love a widescreen gaming monitor or perhaps a GPU upgrade, I feel it's time to upgrade the TV instead. Although the TV is an old 1080p, 46" Smart TV which has worked fine for years, I'm feeling it's a bit lacking when I watch Netflix or really good HD movies. So I was thinking due to the cost either a

Hisense 55 Inch 55U7HQTUK Smart 4K UHD HDR ULED Freeview TV
or
Hisense 58 Inch 58A7HQTUK Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED Freeview TV

One is ULED, the other is QLED. The ULED is 120Hz and is around £549.00, but the other is QLED and is only 60HZ at £469.00. Will the 120HZ make that much difference If I don't play any games on the TV just watch movies/episodes?

As Darhujhidtan said, going from 1080p to 4k is a massive upgrade, its like buying a new graphics card. Also there is quite a noticeable difference between 60hz and 120hz. If you can stretch to it get 120hz QLED.

Got the 120HZ ULED! Was £600, £540 at Argos ( No local delivery ), but ended up getting one for £530 :D
Although the QLED sounded nice, it had less NITS, isn't HDR 10+, only 60hz, no Dolby Atmos and people said the quality was way worse than the newer 120HZ ULED model!

Arrival Monday woooo! Thanks all

Going to be a big step up from my 1080p 43" Smart TV
