Haven't heard them yet. I have no neighbours above or behind me my neighbour next door is across the stairway, my only other neighbour is behind my TV area.

That is a lovely place!

The issue with renting that I have noticed is the need to justify not having nice things/toys by explaining they have purchased a house instead and therefore have to live like poors
