Time to get swole, yolked, hyooge, jacked, mossive, tanked, ripped, built, become an absolute unit, jacked, strapped, buff, aesthetic, grainy, stacked!

Join me on this journey bros

I'm going to be lifting with size in mind, but at the same time, want to have some decent numbers to show for it. Aiming to get back up to 200kg deadlift, 200kg squat and 140kg bench (my old PB's) by the summer. Whatever else comes in term of mass up to that point, so be it.

Going to do a four-day split.

Monday:
Chest/Tris

Tuesday:
Legs

Thursday:
Shoulders/Core

Friday:
Back

Hnnnnnngggggg

Diet? I have no idea, going to be planning that this weekend. I need to stick to something though as it's been nearly a year since I've had a structured and strict diet

I'm starting back, going for a 4 day split too.

Splits are
Chest / Tricep
Back / Bicep
Shoulders / Core
Legs

determined to make it stick, I got into a good habit a few years ago for a good year and half but totally fell off the wagon. Aiming for a lean defined build but I need to clean my diet up quite a bit.

Best of luck @Rusko187!

Sunday I trained with the @BennyC in his absolute hole of a gym. Had some cool equipment

Sunday: Chest/Biceps

Seated Chest Press - 20kg x15, 40kg x10x2, 60kg x10
High Incline Press - 40kg x4*, 30kg x8x3
Incline DB Press - 25kg x12x3, 27kg x10x2
Bench Press - 60kg x10x3
Cable Hammer Curls - 20kg x15x3
Cable Bar Curls - 20kg x15x3

* Such a strange and unexpectedly taxing movement, 40kg just felt rough, fatigued me so quickly

Trained legs at home due to the gym closing early and not wanting to go and have to lock up after myself if I used my fob to get in

Monday: Legs

Squats - 60kg x12x2, 80kg x10x3, 100kg x8x3, 110kg x5x3, 120kg x5, 140kg x2
Walking Lunges - 20kg x40 Steps x2

Something viral KO'd me on the Tuesday, felt so achey and flu-y so not trained since. RIP. Monday will be all systems go

Can confirm my hole was a mess after we'd both been in there...

Also, all those machines & free weights had 50% anti-gravity assist on so you are actually weak AF.

Girlfriend has decided Monday’s is her Zumba night, so my split has moved a day forward for the next 2 weeks (time it will take her to get bored)

Knees and joints in general still feel like **** after this viral thing. So warmed up to oblivion tonight just to get confidence my knees were going to turn to dust

Tuesday: Legs

Squats - Bar xLots, 60kg x15x2x 80kg x12x3, 100kg x8x3, 120kg x5x2
Leg Extensions - 50kg x20x3, 60kg x15x2
Lying Leg Curl - 40kg x12x5
Walking Lunges - 40 steps x3
Seated Hamstring Curl - 30kg x10x3

Knees are shot, genuinely think I’ve got some kind of reactive arthritis from this virus. All my joints are so achey at the moment, especially in the morning. A lot better last couple of days but still not great and it really didn’t help tonight

120kg felt awful
