Nice hotel in London

My girlfriend wants to visit London at the end of April for our anniversary, just for 2 nights.

She's been looking and has found this. I think it's a pokey little dive, and don't like the look of it - unless anyone can say otherwise?
Although 1 thing it has going for it is that it's £120 for 2 nights incl breakfast.

Does anyone have any recommendations for hotels in the centre of London. No particular area, but it needs to be close to all the sights, shops and all the other "I'm visiting London" bits.

Budget isn't amazing, I can muster £100 max (per room) per night.



Any comments, tuppence, recommendations etc welcome.

Cheers for that, the Tower looks really nice just need to confirm the price as it doesn't seem to add anything on for the 2nd person when I try to book

The Britannia is too expensive though

Thanks one and all, I shall be looking through all of these!

The best looking so far is the Thistle tower @ 164.50 for 2 nights (for both of us) but is room only, not with breakfast - which isn't a huge concern.
